RENTAL PRICES -
heated pool
We advise rental for the 3-4 weeks before
and after your EDD - however, if you normally give birth earlier or later it
may be worth selecting different dates - It's usually
best to go for the 5
week rental package. It is not advisable to use the
pool before 37 weeks for birth but of course you can use it for
relaxation!. Having the pool up and running before or at least by 37 weeks
allows many women to relax more!
If you suspect you
may give birth at 37 or 38 weeks we advise booking the pool from 36 weeks
just so it is up and ready and you get the benefit of using the pool for
relaxation prior to labour.
We also offer 2 week and 3 week rental with the option to extend the
rental period beyond this on a daily basis only if the pool is available -
we can make no guarantees the pool will be available and so it is best to
book for longer than you think you need - the cleaned pool can always be
used after the birth!
We try to keep
our costs as low as possible as our main aim is to help others have good
birth experiences.

For bookings made
on or after 9 June 2008
£179 - 4 weeks

£199- 5 weeks
hire (we recommend this duration)
Each additional day £5 over and above booked rental period or £25 per
week if not booked in advance (This includes pools returned late)or £4 a
day or £20 per week if booked in advance.
We can also
offer 2 week rentals for £149 if you decide at the last minute!
(It's best to book for longer than you may
need it because occasionally all are pools are booked out at once back to
back)
£50 of the above costs is considered retainer deposit for reserving a
pool and booking
We can supply a new
filling hose for £15. Please let us know at time of booking
If you use the spare filter provided the cost is £10
Hexagonal
pool
This
includes all accessories, pump and hoses and new liner
£125 for 5 weeks.
Additional liners can be purchased for £30 each
- Booking Deposit
of £50 is required at time of booking. This reserves the pool for you
and ensures that we do not book your pool out to anyone else.
- Once a booking
is made we hold the dates provisionally for up to 5 working days for
your booking deposit cheque to arrive if not made at the time of booking to be
returned along with your booking form (which will be sent or emailed)
- The balance is
required 3 weeks before rental period begins to guarantee the booking.
Damage
retainer - £100 is required when full payment is made. This will be
returned to you when the returned pool has been inspected. Please see

- Full payment is due 21 days before the start of the
agreed rental date. There will be no refund for early return of the pool
and you are welcome to keep the pool for use after the birth if you have
booked for longer than you needed.
DELIVERY
Local pick up - from us in Brockenhurst SO42 7RD - FREE. Pool may be collected from
Windsor area by arrangement
Delivery within a 20 mile radius of Brockenhurst (£15 each way
weekends only)
Courier delivery - mainland UK £35 each way (non-mainland available
at a supplement - please ask for a quote)
If the pool is to be sent via courier
please re-confirm delivery dates with us at least 2 days prior to delivery date
if we havent contacted you first! This is vital since we only book the courier
once we have confirmed that you will be in to receive the parcels
Local delivery and set-up - includes verbal instruction in how to
deflate, clean and care for pool £25 (within a 20 mile radius of Brockenhurst
at weekends or Windsor area weekdays by arrangement for £35)
Local dismantling of pool and collection - (within 20 mile radius
of us or Windsor area weekdays £30) - ALL bodily fluids must be removed and pool dried and cleaned
prior to this - £20
